Upon contacting you about some questions I had regarding the job, you volunteered to come by and look at the job yourself. I was only concerned with the expansion joint, but thought the concrete work was acceptable. What you did next was truly amazing. After seeing the job you called me and stated that you wanted to tear out all the concrete and flagstone and completely redo the job. At your expense! You told me that you were not satisfied with the quality your crew had provided, and that they were being terminated and insisted that I allow you to replace the entire job for free.

As a business owner, I know what it is like to have something go wrong on a job and I have to make it right at my own expense. This type of honor and ethic in today’s world is rare and I commend you for doing the right thing when actually, I would not have pushed you to go to so much trouble.

“A&A arrived on the day they told us, the old fence was gone quickly and the posts installed. A day later, the A&A team came back and built the fence one section at a time. It is beautiful, straight, clean and smells great (cedar). The A&A team was professional, courteous and patient with us. We shopped a few fence companies, but continued to come back to A&A. “I called on a Saturday morning and asked for an estimate. By that afternoon, someone was at my house and gave me the estimate and quoted a 2 day job. He was already on his way to another job in the area, but I appreciated him taking the time to stop by my house on the way without having to be prescheduled. We agreed to have the crew come out on Thursday and without having to follow up, the crew came on time, took care of business and finished early (1 day). Quality work, professional, very friendly and reliable. I highly recommend this company.”
